The hotel reserves the right to charge a full deposit on the credit card received once the cancellation period turned into confirmed and guaranteed - 15 days prior to arrival.Reservations up to 3 nights can be cancelled without penalty 14 days prior to arrival All reservations will be followed up by the hotel with a deposit on the credit card given within the hotel's cancellation period of 15 days, Reservations that exceed 3 room nights or more will regardless of the cancellation period be charged with a deposit of 50% non refundable and do have a cancellation period of 4 weeks prior to arrival, the hotel will charge: 50% at time of booking and the remaining 50% 4 weeks prior to arrival Cancellations (received less than 8 weeks prior to arrival) will be charged at 50% of the total reservation amount. Cancellations (received less than 5 weeks prior to arrival) will be charged at 75% of the total reservation amount. Cancellations (received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival), no-shows or early departure will be charged at 100% of the total reservation amount.

All rates do include breakfast (on request Thai style - to be announced the night before), Wifi and return airport transfer. All rates are subject to governmental imposed taxes:TGST (tourism, goods & services taxes-currently 12% bed tax (currently deactivated by the government due to increase of the TGST) environmental tax (announced to be introduced as of November 1st 2015 - $ 10 per person per night - so far not officially confirmed)
